For crew
How do I join an event as crew?
Install GoCrew, create an account, then scan the QR or open the link your organiser gave you for your station. Once they approve you, pull down to refresh and the event appears.
My shift ended but the app still shows it.
Shifts left open from an earlier day close on their own. If something looks wrong today, ask your crew lead.
The app says collection is closed.
Collection only opens on the event's collection days, once the organiser has set them up. Check with your crew lead or the organiser.

For runners
Where is my QR code?
Your race organiser decides how you get your QR and what to bring to collection. Check their emails and social pages, or ask them directly.
I lost my QR. Can I still collect?
Usually, yes. Crew can search for you at the counter. Bring what your organiser asks for, such as your bib number or ID.
Can a friend collect my pack?
Group pickup is supported, but your organiser sets the rules for collecting on someone's behalf. Check with them first.
